If I can’t get their attention when I’m trying to give them my money I can’t imagine what a hassle a warranty would be once they have my money! Scheduled an inspection for an estimate last Saturday. I set time aside and waited at home with my lil girl. The gentleman was punctual but that’s it. I explained to him I’d like a complete tear off of my existing roof and replace with a Steele roof. Along with a new gutter system. I’m getting quotes from 3 companies before buying. Unlike the other 2 he never set foot on my roof. He snapped a few pictures from the ground. Then told me his app takes about 25 minutes to generate a quote and he would email it to me. We did discuss shingles and Steele briefly. I would recommend kingdom roofing they did a good job replacing my siding on my home.the workers took their time to make sure the job was done correctly the staff were friendly and pleasing to talk to. The whole group that I dealt with were great. Steve Thomas who came to evaluate the roof and answered my questions was friendly and thorough. The men who did the tearing off and replacing the roof worked all day to complete the job and it looks great. Emma in the office answered questions and was friendly. The team members reached out several times to make sure things were going well and I was satisfied with the job.

Kingdom Roofing was very professional. Drew was our contact person who kept us in the loop every step of the way, He explained the whole process and went above and beyond to ensure everything went well, and it did! The roofers were pleasant and friendly; the office staff was wonderful too. The price was right in our budget, and the work was completed in two days, The cleanup was thoroughly done. We are very pleased with our installation.
