Being newer to the area, we were clueless on who to call when we started having flooring issues. We found Benito and he came out right away to check out our issues and give us advice on who to contact. Once we corrected the issues causing moisture issues, we have Benito back out. The original plan was to take up all the subfloor and lay down new, with new vinyl planking on top. Once we removed every layer of the old flooring, Benito made sure to let us know that he didn’t want us wasting money and that our subfloor could be repaired. We hit the jackpot when we found Benito of Splinters Hardwood to restore our 1900’s farmhouse wood floors! Not only did he restore the old hardwood he layed new wood floors in our addition and it is seamless. You would never know the new floor wasn’t original. He also finished our staircase with wood floor and trim along with installing lvp to our upstairs. We have since hired him to finish baseboards and trim work all of which he has done an amazing job on. He is professional, always on time, trustworthy, thorough, and tidy! 100 % recommend him!
