Kings Plumbing is a great professional and honest company. This is my second time using King Plumbing since 2012. I can truly say both experiences have been beyond reproach. When first experiencing a back up Mr. Ariel was contacted. He came out to my home in a timely manner, he scoped out the problem, and immediately set a date for replacement of the cast iron piping. I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality, professionalism, trust worthy, attention to detail, and comparable pricing. They are the best!!!! In this day and time it is very difficult to find honest reliable plumbing companies. Thank you Mr. Ariel

I had an underground leak in the line between my water meter and my house, causing my water bill to double this month. I called Kings Plumbing in the afternoon, and they sent Jordan out that day. He found the leak within minutes, and stayed until after dark fixing it. The quick response and Jordan’s diligence and expertise were an absolute blessing. My house is nearly 30 years old, so there’s been a lot of things in need of repair/replacement lately. I’ve had such a bad time with other plumbers that I was a bit wary even though Kings was highly recommended by a family member. Their amazing work, professionalism, and friendliness laid those concerns to rest, and they’ll be my go-to plumber from now on.

I am writing to bring to your attention an extraordinary act of selflessness and civic responsibility demonstrated by two of your employees earlier today. At approximately 1:30 PM, while traveling on the expressway, I witnessed a situation that could have easily escalated into a dangerous traffic hazard. A mattress had fallen from an unidentified vehicle, obstructing multiple lanes and posing a serious risk to drivers. While many motorists simply maneuvered around the obstruction, your two employees did something remarkable—they took it upon themselves to stop, exit their vehicle, and remove the mattress, ensuring the roadway remained passable

Probably the worst company I've used commercially in Florida in the past 2 years. I called and Bob picked up. I told him I need emergency plumbing service at a store with a leak. He was very slow to respond and I wondered if he was ok. He said there was availability and he would book me for the next time slot in 2 hours. He gave me an email with an address that was not Tom's Plumbing, it was a different Gmail address. I also asked if I could text the number, he said yes. So I emailed him and texted in detail all the necessary information. Nobody showed up. I called a few hours later and someone else picked up saying they don't know what's going on - they'll get Bob to call me. Bob never called me. Nobody showed up for the leak. The next day I call and the admin lady says there's no record

What an exceptional service. I sent a message due to a pipe leak. I received immediate response and the visit got scheduled in no time. Ariel was on time, reliable and knowledgable. He has a super friendly crew and they took care of my issue perfectly. I appreciate it and will definitely reach out for future needs
