Kings River Water Well Drilling & Pump Service

Great company all around. I was referred by a neighbor who had used them recently. Our pressure switch had failed and overpressurized the tank causing it to compromise and leak water at >100 psi with the motor running nonstop. I called Tom early this morning and it was a positive experience from the start. He answered my call, reassured me that they could assist and made some magic happen to get someone out to my house within an hour. Julian came by to assess the situation and was as pleasant as could be. I ask a lot of questions and he was patient and thorough the entire time. I felt I was being educated and not sold to. I didn’t feel rushed nor did I feel any unnecessary pressure to make a decision. Which was helpful because it cost more money than I was expecting to spend when I woke up

Called on a Saturday when most people wouldn’t answer, but Tom did. My pump wasn’t working on my spring-fed system and with a couple of photos he was able to help me get it running avoiding hundreds of dollars in repairs that weren’t needed. Highly recommend them, very experienced and professional.

On Saturday evening at 9:00 PM, our well stopped working. We went to take a shower, but our water didn't work. The next morning we called Kings River and they took excellent care of us. The owner, Tom, on a Sunday afternoon sent out one of his best workers, Hector—who did an excellent job getting our well repaired. Tom was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Hector came with the correct part and made the installation. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Excellent Service with a company you can Trust!

I just want to say that Tom at Kings River Well is the nicest most helpful person I've dealt with in a long time. Even though I was out of his service area he still answered my calls and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions to fix my well pump by myself over the phone. It's hard to find a pump/well company at all out in the country let alone someone with such amazing customer service. Thank you, Tom. You've definitely made my experience with pumps go from a nightmare to a job well done.☺️☺️

Kings River did an amazing job helping me and my family replace the well system. My system was old and needed a lot of work. Jesse and Tom kept in contact with me and continued to follow up with me to ensure I got the service that I needed. I can't thank them enough for their assistance in rebuilding my well. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Major difference from before and after.
