Tommy and Gabriel came out to inspect the septic system at a house my clients are buying. They were able to come within just a couple days from request, and they were wonderful with communication and letting me know when they were going to be on site. The charges were very fair, and they gave me the options and also some further advanced troubleshooting. I have been using Sequoia Pumping for over 20 years of my career. They go up into the hills and have come to Wonder Valley and other outlying communities. They let me video the inspection results so that I could explain in real time for my clients. Extremely helpful and very grateful to get this done. Highly recommend them.

After moving into new home with a septic system, I didn’t know much other than the basics. I knew I needed a septic system maintenance/ check diagnostic because I could see that the clean out pipe was full with nasty sludge and if I didn’t call them, the system could have failed soon. I am so lucky that I found this septic company. When I Google them I thought they were a Coarsegold base company not realizing that they come up from Sanger. I really appericate the staff member (I don't know what the politically correct word for septic cleaner guy), Tommy informed me of the status of my septic tank (let's be honest I am not knowledgable with septic tanks). Tommy was very kind and let me know what I should do next. See, I did the opposite I got the tank cleaned out then I called a plumer to snake it. Honest and hard working people. David is the person who came out to my home. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and was able to provide affordable options. When I called to have my tank pumped, they were available to come out quickly. Great customer service as well.
