King Septic was fantastic to work with. He provided us with a wealth of information about the septic system for a home my client is under contract on. He completed the inspection in a very timely manner, and we received the report the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I will definitely be using him for future septic inspections.

Hired King's Septic to perform a septic inspection for a home we were under contract with. They went to the property and pumped the system on a Friday morning. King's did not contact me until Saturday when they asked for the $295 inspection fee. I paid the fee and they informed me the report was not ready. When I asked for a simple answer on if there were any major concerns I needed to bring up to the seller, they told me they would contact me on Sunday. I explained that I needed the results as quick as possible because I am in a contract option period but they did not provide any details. On Sunday morning, I reached out again and they told me the report was not ready. By late Sunday afternoon, King's texted me with some pictures of them pumping the septic and a hand written inspec
