Absolutely amazing service, can't recommend them enough!! Very friendly/professional to begin with on the phone. We called on short notice as our A/C had stopped blowing cold, they worked us in within the hour. The technician "Jason" promptly arrived and went right to work, and wow he is a true master of his craft. He meticulously checked everything from top to bottom, and explained everything in detail as he went. In no time at all, after checking all the potential problems he had the unit up and running better than it ever has. Thank you again Murray A/C & especially Jason, you'll definitely be hearing from us again, should the need arise ;)

My air conditioner was acting up, but it wasn’t completely out. It just wasn’t maintaining the temperature that normally does. The air conditioner was less than one year old so I was concerned the company might give me problems with me telling them it’s just not acting right. Instead, Robert came out the same day!! He diagnosed it and made it right in the course of two days due to having to get parts. He found several big ticket items wrong with the system and since it was under warranty, he took care of it quickly. I don’t feel like he cut corners just to save money for the company since it was under warranty. I feel like he advocated for us and made sure it was done correctly. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend Robert as a technician!! Thank you all for being attent

Company website listed hvac duct repair/replacement so I requested a quote to replace plenum and accessible portions of ductwork. After a brief look from step ladder the technician said that the Company would not provide quote as it was difficult to access and the liability of stepping through ceiling was prohibitive. I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to an opportunity to hire professionals to do the work... now I will have to do the work myself. Mind you, I'm 60 yrs old, two replaced knees, and much much heavier than the technician. I will do the work. Very disappointed.

A/C went out. They came out same day. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job. I have used them for 7 1/2 years and always gotten great service.
