Quoting process was speedy and easy to understand. Great prices and communication. Beautiful, clean work on replacing broken glass on a double paned window. We can finally open our dining room windows thanks to upgrades with new balancers and screens! Fast, kind, professional, and honest staff. All around phenomenal experience. We went with King’s window because they offered competitive pricing on their window replacement and installation. However, we have not had a good experience with their service. On 9/8, they installed 10 windows. However, 2 of the windows had an issue. The leveler on one was missing. NT windows came to service it one week after the initial install by King’s Window. They said this will come out of our warranty which doesn’t make sense since it was not our fault that the windows were installed with a missing piece. Kings came back on 9/26 to address the 2nd issue which was the broken windows they installed on the kitchen. The installer, while nice, apologized and said they brought the wrong window. The sticker had the right size indicated, but the measurements were incorrect since it did not

I called and they were immediately helpful! I appreciate the owner being involved and willing to help right away. We were hoping to have the glass on our patio French doors replaced within a couple of weeks, and they were more than willing to try to get it done by then. Nate and his partner did a flawless job during install. We appreciate you guys and look forward to working with you in the future!

As a business owner, I've used King's several times. They've shifted large windows for me, and installed quite a few glass panels for me. They are always on time, courteous and professional. I look forward to working with them again!
