They have great prices and were nice to us on the phone/in person. The workmanship seems really solid. The guys doing the install left somewhat of a mess in the garage which was disappointing. It just seems like common courtesy to pick up scrap metal and wood where somebody will be parking their car. I would recommend them to others but would warn them of that.

Tom and his crew do a great job. We just had a new door installed are very satisfied. I highly recommend them if you need a new door or service on your current door.

I used this company years ago personally and when my client needed a repair I recommended them, big mistake. We called Friday morning and was assured that we would get repaired by the end of the day nobody called us back all day we had to finally call them back at 4:30 and was informed that nobody had come back to the office yet so we were stuck with a broken door all weekend. Fast forward to Monday morning they called back and when I told him we were getting somebody else to fix it they could care Less about their customer service. Do not use this company

I contacted this company to fix my elderly parents garage doors. The individual that showed up was a heavyset male in his mid 50s and drove a large black Ford truck. He workmanship was fine but his attitude was terrible and he was extremely rude. It's sad that someone that frequently visits homes would have such poor manners. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone after this interaction. I hope this individual was just having a bad day and this isn't his typical demneor but I won't hold my breath.

I was at my wit's end trying to keep my garage door from jerking on the way up and down. I had replaced the door hinges, rollers, greased the track, and even replaced the opener and the problem still persisted. I almost let some of the other reviews keep me from trying Kingsport Door Co. but after the terrible responses I got from three of the local competitors it couldn't get worse. I called Kingsport Door and a lady took my information, then called me back in a couple of hours and informed me that the repairman would call me the next morning and set up a time. The repairman called when she said he would, showed up when he said he would and was obviously experienced. Within 30 minutes my door was working perfectly. I would definitely use them again.
