We contacted this Carpet Cleaner to undertake carpet installation as well as some repair work after the dog chewed up the carpet. They scheduled an appointment and dispatched a sales representative as soon as possible. The sales representative was quite helpful; he showed us samples, discussed several installation choices, and provided us with the greatest discount available. They also fixed the carpet where the dog had damaged it, and it looks excellent. I would strongly suggest this firm to anybody looking to install or repair carpets!

Not only did they do a great job but they were also very friendly and arrived early! When I called they set up my appointment for the very next day! If you’re looking for a good carpet cleaning, I definitely recommend them, you won’t be sorry! Thank you for the great job!

If I could rate a zero I would! I had 2 area rugs (not overly large). One just needed a cleaning, the other had 2 pet stains. When I made the appointment, I was impressed at how fast they could get here to do it. I told the guy cleaning about the one rug, along w the lady who originally answered the phone when I first called. I waited for the rugs to dry, and the one w the pet stain smelled worse than before! I called and was told to wait 24-48 hours. I did....and the smell never got better. I called back and was told the "owner" would contact me. It's been almost a week and haven't heard a thing! I'm highly unimpressed, and extremely upset at how this was (or was not) handled!! Do NOT USE THIS PLACE! FYI, this place is now Viper carpet cleaning! Seriously, don't waste ur time! Use Decker
