Kinney Pools

I had nobody call me back when I open my pool and it was green. I called 20 places in my local area. I finally found Kinney pools in brick. I stopped by and they were so nice and so willing to help us Nicole and the rest of their team just immediately got all the chemicals I needed. I dropped it in my pool woke up the next morning. The pool was gray within three days. The Pool was Crystal clear since then I have used them to test my water. They have kept my pool absolutely beautiful. I scheduled my Pool closing with them. This is the only only company that I am ever going to use again.

Should be zero stars ... Was sold a pool from them with a salt water system. Years later come to find out that the pool they gave me was not compatible with salt water and now it is literally rusting and dissolving. Will most like have to file a lawsuit against them since my warranty is void due to the salt water system

Really nice counter person. Staff member carried bags of salt to my vehicle. Unfortunately it is a seasonal business and prices are very high. Examples, 2" O-ring, $5.00 Pool salt $15.00 per 40 lbs. Bag. Home Depot & Wall Mart half that. I understand the pricing, but that's what drives the little business out.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very helpful in the beginning when they wanted to sell you a liner. When they came to remove my liner they put it in trash bags & left them on the grass when the stones were inches away. Then they came to put the liner in & the measurement was wrong so it did not fit. They came back & removed the sand in the pool to fit their mistake. Now the corners are coming down because they were trying to make it fit. When we came home they left sand all over our newly sealed stamped concrete, & pool toys. They also left screws on the concrete & my granddaughter stepped on them. This company left such a mess and never had the decency to even hose it down. Sales clerk pleasant and went out of his way to assist. Short on 2" fittings,high on PVC schedule 40 pipe prices. Out of and couldn't order 2" discharge hose.
