Ivan (pronounced Yvonne) had the roofing materials delivered several days prior to the job. On the morning of the project, the entire crew arrived early with all their necessary materials and began working on the roof. The first week was over 100 degrees every day and they were relentless. They were very careful with their vehicles maneuvering around our trees and staked lights. A few plants received some debris landing on them from the roof, and Ivan bought new plants (so impressive!) The crew members were very skilled, cautious and dedicated, sometimes working 12 hour days (with a much needed lunch break). Kino did a super job on my roof. Prompt, on time, hard working. They took photos of all problems and brought to my attention and resolution. My place had extensive unseen damage to complicate matters. They handled it by working the weekend. The job results are first rate, I am reccomending Kino to those who expect a professional job for their money. #1

Overall customer service was good. All Employees from sales to the finish product were very good. Roofers were on time each day and were very helpful with explaining the process of the service they provided. Good communication with the project manager and team leaders. All personnel involved in this project were very respectful and responsive. I would recommend this business for your roofing needs.

I chose 3 stars only because it won't let me chose between 3 & 4. I'll go with 3.8 Stars! Ivans crew were hard working and did a fair job. At times I saw a few thing that I felt were not up to standards but when brought to their attention they did what they had to do to make it right. Our house was a big job, 2 stories, complete roof, patio, overhangs and complete fascia replacement. I was told it would take 3 days to complete.... Maybe 4, after the 6th day they came back on day 7 to fine tune and finally finished, and even power washed our driveway and side walks to clean up. After all was said and done the finished product looked great and even had an upgrade to the roof I was not aware was going to be added or knew existed. Ivan was very fair with me on the price and made things right
