It sucks writing this because I thought we got along. I hired him in the beginning of March 2025 for a project that he said would take him 2days. As of the 28th of April it’s not done and I have the hire someone else to fix his mistakes. He promised over and over that he would be back and then said his equipment was broke and I had people sending me video of him working on another job. I very stupidly paid him before he was done because we got along and I unfortunately believed him. Not only has he cost me way more money, time but also credibility with some supplier’s. Unfortunately with ZERO effort on his part to fix this I believe we will be in court. Thankfully I have saved everything and have everything recorded. If I don’t get blocked I will keep you updated.

I have purchased some gravel, dirt and rock from Kirk. I also had a large amount of stumps and debris removed using Kirk. What makes Kirk stand out for me is when he says he will show up on a certain day, he actually shows up. I also feel his prices are fair. He's done good work for me.

Their dump truck driver with a trailer attached tailgated me while I was passing another vehicle. Then cut me off so hard if I hadn't slammed the brakes there would have been a collision. I got the company number and called giving the plates and explaining how close it got to impact. The guy on the phone responded with "it was probably because you were in the wrong lane or somethin'" and then hung up. If they dont care about someones safety going 60 mph down the road in a huge vehicle, dont expect them to care about the job you hire them for.
