Kent built our current home on top of the previous homes foundation, and faced many challenges in making the whole structure complete, but Kent always knew exactly what to do and the house turned out perfect. He was great at giving me ideas on how to do things and what would look good. He is a very honest and trustworthy man, I would recommend Kirkham Properties to anyone I know who wants a house built or remodeled to the highest standard.

Kent Kirkham was referred to us for our remodel by a trusted friend who advised if we were looking for the cheapest to look elsewhere, but if we were looking for high quality results and a project well run and on time Kent is our person. We trusted that recommendation and went forward with Kent on a major remodel that is just completed and that went beyond our imagination in terms of how well it turned out. Kent ran the job well, communicated with us frequently, hired very high quality subcontractors and stood behind their work. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our bathroom by replacing the flooring and the tile in our shower. We started by getting a referral from a friend of a friend and had them do the work. We found that this other contractor was not very detailed and we were not happy with the results. We then contacted Kent to come in and redo the work. The difference was night and day. Kent does good quality work and pays attention to the details. We would definitely recommend Kent for remodeling work.
