Utah's Best Home Pros

A service call went in because the a/c wasn't working at house. We have used Utahs Best Home Pros before with no issues. Teasha looked into our situation & let me know there's no power going to unit. Teasha is hvac not an electrician however she could get someone to come out for 260.00 to 777.00 (?) to access what's going on. Mark Cemensky arrived and gave us a 200 amp box. Bottom line is this: if I was a man or anyone who understood what was going on I would not of paid 4200 for 2 new breakers & to upgrade the panel box to 200 amps. Statement not itemized. Shady experience & no negotiating price. Business not accredited with BBB. No permit pulled.

Emily Morgan With Golden Rule referred us to Utah Best Pro’s , Emily, Kendall and Ben were amazing they did great work had amazing communication between Emily and Kendall. The work was done quickly and professionally and Kendall and Ben made sure everything was working properly before they left. Ben did the work and Kendall would check to make sure nothing was missed and When Kendall did some work Ben made sure nothing got missed Ben was getting into all small spaces making sure every showers screws was tight! Great work from all three highly recommended there services!

This is a fantastic company, they were very quick to get me my bid, and to get to work on the complete rewire of my home. CJ, and Cole are very hard workers, and we’re both very respectful toward me, I can honestly say, they both found a forever friend in me. Our AC unit went out this last week. We called Utah's Best Home Pros with the season being very busy they were still able to get us a same day appointment. Brayden showed up and checked everything out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us several options to get us back up and running again and was not trying to push us into anything. With the age of our system we decided to go with a full replacement vs bandaging our current system. We were able to get on their schedule within a couple of days and the company gave us some portable AC units to use to keep us comfortable in the meantime. Nate came and installed a new furnace for me in Layton. He was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. A couple things I wish were different.. that I didn’t have to have 3 different people from the company to come in and do different aspects of the job. Yesterday at noon, service guy Randy came to see what the problem is. Figured out the problem and that I needed an expensive part or a new furnace. We asked for a price quote on the furnace and he isn’t able to give that.. someone else would have to come out to do that… Yesterday at 4pm, John came by to give me a quote on a furnace. Today at 9am, Nate came with the furnace to install. Just a little frustrating that the service guy couldn’t give me the quote. Other than that feedback, I am a happy customer
