We had an excellent experience working with Kish for our home electrical re-writing project. I had a mixed experience on a recent Kohler Generator installation. Pros: Salesman was kind, prompt for the estimate appointment and made some good suggestions on his visit to my home. The work estimate was emailed promptly and pricing seemed fair. The installation team was on time, kind and helpful. Job scheduled and completed on time. Stopped at the office.to.pay the bill. Prompt service, friendly office staff. Cons: As a new generator customer, I had a number of questions prior to the install. Most emails were promptly handled, one gave inaccurate information and a couple were ignored. I wanted the generator installed in a particular position to aim exhaust/noise away from the house. To be clear, I did not communicate this directly to the install team (I was at work when they came out
