The staff who came to take care of my house were exceptionally professional and did an absolutely wonderful job Removing damaged Materials and drying the areas that were wet. They always made sure they called me in advance to let me know they were arriving and kept me updated as to the drying process in the next steps. They were very respectful, empathetic and kind during this difficult time for me. I would highly recommend Service Master to help you with any disaster, small or large.

We had significant mold on our wood window sills. Service master came in and did a great job of remediation. The girls who did the work were professional and completed the job quickly to our satisfaction. Thanks so much.

Service master did an awesome job on the mitigation with our water damage. They were helpful, clean, and professional. Helped me move a few heavy pieces that I couldn’t do due to a back injury. Timely and accommodating as well.

I definitely would recommend this team again!! The whole entire team from the email I sent on Saturday night and got a phone call that night til the final walk-thru I can not say thank you enough to them or say any but wonderful things about this entire team. No home owner wants to walk on your basement carpet and have your socks get soaked. As promised Monday I get a call, they come over, give an estimate, Insurance information, and the ladies started on Tuesday. They were back on both Wednesday and Thursday to check things, and Friday another nice lady did clean up. All the ladies were just wonderful, and very through. Thanks ladies!!
