The crew at Kistner concrete are awesome. They won’t waste your time and know every aspect of the systems that they sell. Wendy is a human encyclopedia of knowledge once everything that they sell and Jamie and Jaden are superior at their job and can swing a tank in just about anywhere you need it. Highly recommend them for all your septic needs!!

Just called for a quote on a standard septic tank, which is approved for my design. Wendy wanted to explain that they don’t recommend and won’t sell a standard 2000 gallon septic tank, as they have had their tanks break. Tried to sell me on a reinforced/drive over tank as they are heavier. I explained thank you but I don’t need that, she stated well then I can’t help you. Terrible service! Go to another company.

We just left and wow……….we pulled up and were greeted by 3 barking dogs and an equally mouthy woman. She asked if we were contractors and we are not. We explained that we are pricing supplies for a septic project. She began ranting about how we needed to order through our contractor. I explained that we are GCing the project ourselves and have not had issues purchasing anything from other suppliers. She said to call a contractor and come back with a materials list. We literally had the materials list in hand and only needed two items form her. She asked “what bank would even let you do that” as if that were any of her business. While she went inside to get some additional information, we left. I have no interest in doing business with someone so nasty.

I called today, just to inquire on pricing, the lady I was speaking with,was very rude, talking down to me, all because I'm not a contractor. I was just looking for pricing, she began a rant about company policy about equipment on site if they were to get stuck. I was just looking for pricing. Not a lecture when she has no clue of my site or anything. Custom service clearly a issue. I'll take my business somewhere else. Very disappointing, my engineer recommended them.
