He was right on time. Diagnosed the issue with our dryer, shared the issue with us and just happened to have that part on his truck. He then fixed it right away. Super nice guy. Very friendly, efficient and did not over charge. He was very affordable. We would use him again in the future and recommend him to others.

Even on a Saturday, Steve came over and fixed our refrigerator… The best part about that, is that two other people over the years have tried to fix this refrigerator and both failed. Steve is the only one that could do it! Excellent service, personable, and knows what he’s talking about. Thank you so much, Steve!

We have a fridge in our new house that is freezing and we didn’t know why. He came to look at it and ended up saying it was because bags were blocking the vents in the freezer. I guess he checked the thermostat and stuff but didn’t really “do” anything. Fine, but when the fridge was empty and just had water in it, it was still freezing. He ended up not taking card but never told me when we set up the appointment. So we had to scurry to find someone to meet him and pay him. My fiancé did call him after To ask for additional information. He said “Hi, my name is Hunter and I believe you just worked on our fridge!” And he got “Yeah, and?” In response. 100% unprofessional. Won’t be calling again. Also, fridge is still freezing.

After an unpleasant phone conversation with Sears, I decided to give this company a try. The woman who answered my call was extremely pleasant and friendly to talk to. She took down my information for the repair gentlemen and he got back back to me probably within the hour. They were able to come out the next morning to address my dryer situation. He was able to diagnose, go retrieve the part and install within two hours. Very straight forward and nice guy! Will definitely call these folks again if I have any other appliance problems!!!

We have called Steve twice now. First was to look at our oven and then our refrigerator. Steve responds in a timely manner and is very efficient. Very honest. Very kind. Reasonably priced. Steve knows what he is doing and we can tell he has a lot of experience. We highly recommend Steve.
