Kitchen and Bath Expo

I have done a lot of remodeling, and Panda Kitchen and Bath of Peninsula is by far the best company I have ever done business with. The owner is an amazing person and the absolute best to work with. The quality of their cabinets is the absolute best that I have ever seen. The cabinets are solid wood with a lot of different options. The installation was a good and easy process. The installers were very meticulous, professional, and always kept a neat and clean workspace. They always involved me in what was taking place. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their kitchen and/or bathroom.

Had a bad experience. Cindy took wrong measurements and then countertops were installed. When we asked Cindy to fix this problem, she refused. She said she would not replace them and would not provide a discount for their mistake! There were significant gaps between the counter and the walls. Now the grout from our back splash keeps sinking in, especially around our sink/wet area. I can imagine this could lead to a mold problem. This is a nightmare! In addition to having wrong sized countertops, there was black stains on the bottoms of our white counters, which was noticeable under the bar top. Lastly, during installation, I asked the workers to wait for the electricity to be turned off. They didn't wait and when they unhooked the stove, the man got shocked, the wire was sparking, and that

Would highly recommend Panda Kitchen & Bath. We had our kitchen remodeled and finished in Feb.2018. Professional experience when we first walked in the door until the job was finished. Our designer Crystal was the BEST. She helped us design our dream kitchen....she was VERY patient with us as we changed our mind a few times and give us great suggestions. We went to their warehouse in Norfolk to pick out OUR granite counter tops. The owner Cynthia kept us updated when our cabinets was coming in. Cynthia also stopped by to check on the installer which did a amazing job. After the kitchen was finished Cynthia came to put the final seal on the granite counter tops. I got quotes and met with SEVEN different companies and this is the only one that knew the products they sell, and was able to get a custom look without spending $50,000.00. They are the only company that was willing to put in what I wanted, and not what "everyone else is getting" which was generic cabinets with outdated granites from the 2008 era. Great staff, Cindy and Susan were great to work with, very detail oriented and responsive. This company has integrity, one of the sinks broke and they replaced it the next day. The quotes and invoices are clear and everything is in writting, in this market sadly many contractors give customers a quote but do not provide details as to what will be done with sufficient detail, and then want to do change orders for everything inflating the pr

Cindy is the most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with, she was rude and inconsiderate. They did not have the entire kitchen when they started the job and she took weeks to get the remaining material and finish the job. The product is nice and the sales staff is nice but because of Cindy I will never use them again nor ever recommend them.
