Kitchen & Bath Concepts

We had a full gut and renovation of our tiny bathroom. I was having major surgery and needed it done within a certain time frame. I wanted the tub out and a walk in shower installed with grab bars. They had it finished before my surgery right on schedule. Tina, Layla, Joe and gang did an amazing job of upgrading our bathroom and utilizing the small space to maximize the new walk in shower. It looks absolutely beautiful! I enjoy showering in it every day!

A most professional, smooth and top shelf experience...from the initial sit down with Tina and Mark discussing design, colors, materials, and fixtures, to the execution of my Master Bath. The work was done in a timely manner as promised. I applaud the pride in workmanship, attention to every detail and the team making sure I was 100% completely satisfied with the result. They were super nice and helpful when I first called them, and then visited to discuss a complete bathroom remodel. Tina came punctually the following week to take measurements and discuss some details. She said they would get their info together and then meet with me within a week. In the meantime I began to order special items for the new bathroom, such as a fancy medicine cabinet, etc. I sent them 3 emails in regard to the items I purchased so that they would know what was going to be installed. I even talked to someone briefly about sending me info on a product, and I never heard a word from them again, even in regard to the estimate. Not a call, not a text or an email. So my final email to them was that I was no longer interested in doing the project with them. Thank goodness,

From the concept stage through the project completion, the team were exceptional through every phase. The product lines were superb, and the team provided exceptional advice and ideas to match our needs. The work was done with precision at every phase, from gutting, removal and installation of the tiles, electric and bathroom products. The technicians were polite and professional and were cognizant to clean up when their work was done on a daily basis. The project coordinators, Tina, Layla and Joe were onsite on a daily basis ensuring our expectations were met. We highly recommend the ‘Concept’ team to get the job done.

Spent the day with Tina and Mark designing and selecting finishes for our new dental office. We felt they had a good grasp of our vision and brought their design expertise to put together a functional yet beautiful concept! They were very focused and thorough.
