So, I wanted to expand my kitchen but I needed more kitchen cabinets. This company originally installed the kitchens in my home. I reached out to them to try to buy more cabinets, it was a struggle to get in contact with anyone to order the cabinets from the Columbia office as I was told I couldn't order my cabinets from the Annapolis location. After finally being able to reach someone and place my order, I didn't get a follow up with anyone about my order status. I had to continuously drive to the office in Columbia to get an update. As soon as you try to call it goes straight to voicemail (customer service) as I was unable to actually talk to a person. Then once my cabinets were finally delivered they were broken. I tried to once again to call the office and no one answered so I was lef

Stay the heck away from this company at all costs. I purchased my beautiful home and DRB used them for the kitchen cabinets. I wish I did my research on this company because it would have been a HARD no. Some of the cabinets were subpar installed from the jumped. The double doors underneath the sink won’t close correctly. When you close the double doors together it presses up agaisnt the hinges. So there’s always a minor gap. There’s one particular bottom cabinet door that the hinges are loose and the door when closed it affects the hinge. When I attempt to tighten the hinge it doesn’t correct the issue. Now for the grand finale my friend I’m assuming he pulled the handle too aggressively and ripped the door off the drawer picture provided. I contacted the company. The lady was extremely s

Loren at KBC has been great to work with on the design of our kitchen refresh! She has great style and ideas! She also worked very well with things we wanted in the design. She was more than willing to answer any questions-big or small! I would highly recommend her as a designer!

My Wife and I made many visits to their showroom and worked with one of their designers who was very patient and helpful. The designer made great suggestions and guided us through some real tough spots since this was our first kitchen remodel. They carry quite a few different brands but we told her what we wanted to spend and she directed us to cabinets that we loved and could afford. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined.

KBC is a very customer-service oriented kitchen and bath cabinetry supplier, and I am pleased to rate them with five stars! I am an independent designer and I deal with many area showrooms and salespeople, and this company is top-notch! From the owner to the customer service reps and delivery personnel, everyone here speaks the same language and it is SERVICE. They carry a variety of product lines at different price points, so of course some are better than others -and there is always the possibility of product issues because human beings make them - but I have never once had the few issues I have encountered not be satisfactorily resolved. My sales rep (Lisa Altman) is particularly fabulous - she is super attentive to detail, the urgency of my projects, and very good at follow through
