The previous owner of my house DIY'd the master bath (and a lot of other things) badly. After a few years, the horrible DIY became intolerable and I couldn't use the bathroom anymore. The jetted tub never worked so mold was growing in the jets, turning on the jets led to gallons of water rushing out from under the tub, the shower stall turned black with mold after each use, even with daily bleach scrubs. And the whole bathroom would be overrun with ants if I even turned on the sink. I finally bit the bullet and called Kitchen and Bath Ideas. We recently remodeled our kitchen. It was oudated by twenty five years. Charlotte Lefler at Kitchen and Bath Ideas was a dream to work with right from the start. She made the entire process easy and worked through all of the details with us step by step. From design to installation Charlotte communicated everything clearly and timely. The installation was easy as well regarding time and scheduling with each of the different tradesmen. The actual cost was what was agreed upon, we wanted to have some additiona along the way but they did everything within the budget that was set upfront. We just couldn't be happier with the results and are enjoying cooking in our new kitchen.

We loved working with Leslie, Tyler and Doug! They took my endless sketches and PowerPoint slides and turned it into a beautiful and functional primary bath. We spent a lot of time together perfecting the smallest details and I think this has turned into a truly beautiful space. Communication was always clear, consistent and frequent which was truly appreciated. The construction crew - led by Doug - was there when they said they would be and they were always kind.
