I can not say enough good things about working with Fran at Kitchen & Bath Unlimited. She really listened to the features that were important to us in the design process. Her experience and advice was fantastic. She was helpful in all aspects of the design and with connecting us with people in other businesses. The end result was exactly as we had hoped. I would highly recommend this business and our designer Fran. Thanks so much for creating the kitchen of our dreams!

Thank you again for the services you've provided. But, there have been a few mishaps I've come across after the works on done my bathrooms. I'm not sure what product was used for the caulking one of my bathrooms, but this couldn't have been a bathroom caulk or silicone. In my opinion. For the second photo, I just think this drain clean up wasn't satisfactory. There could have a level detail for a better presentation after this was installed. This is my 3rd concern and I was being hopeful about better solutions made after the first time. I get that you don't know what goes on on the other side of your office, but these tasks could've been done better. I'm wanting this service to be as quality as much that was paid for this job.

In 2016, I had an outdated 80's style kitchen with off-white European cabinets, a laminate countertop over particle board, and unattractive aluminum floors. I wanted to open up the space by removing half of a wall and reconfiguring the layout. Tom and Fran visited my home, took measurements, and we started brainstorming ideas. We relocated appliances to where they aesthetically fit best, maximizing the space for what mattered most to me. The Decora cabinets we chose were stunning, and my contractor praised the detailed design plan, noting it was one of the best they’d ever seen with clear instructions and minimal questions. The entire experience was so positive that in 2020, I returned to Kitchen & Bath Unlimited to completely redo my master bathroom. Both projects are still as beautiful

Kitchen & Bath Unlimited’s showroom is nicest and most spacious in wny. My designer had great ideas and suggestions for my nightmare bathroom and was helpful in pointing me in the right direction to find a contractor. I surprisingly enjoyed a project I had been dreading for nearly a decade!

We remodeled our complete bathroom and it was headache. Had to review order sevearal times, and things were still done ordered wrong. We did not know until AFTER the vanity was installed, they ordered the wrong vanity, prior they forgot to order the vanity top. I had to call several times regarding missing parts (ordered 4 shower baskets received 2, missing handles for vanity). Missing handle for toilet. Professionalism was not there. If I wasn't on a timeline, I would have cancelled the whole project and went elsewhere. The items I received were great quality.
