Incredibly disappointing experience that wasted 3 weeks of my time. I'd used them before for a kitchen, worked with someone that is no longer there, and had a great experience. This time, not at all. I am incredibly disappointed. I was in the showroom to look around. I was in the area and had a few minutes. I knew what I wanted so I called, the owners son wanted to help me, although I had gotten a card from someone else when I was there. Apparently she was off or busy. He insisted to help me. I told him what I was looking for with measurements, door style, and color. He specifically asked me if I wanted the sink centered or on a side and what side I wanted the linen cabinet on. A couple days later I got an email with a drawing of the sink not centered, the linen cabinet on the wrong side,

Excellent Service and Great Pricing. They beat pricing on other local competitors, for a higher quality product. Their quartz prices were much lower than competitor store pricing for the exact same product/manufacturer. We went with a Semi-Custom Cabinet line, from Echelon, who provided an excellent/well constructed product. We experienced minor issues with scratches, dings, etc with the initial cabinet order, as is expected. But replacement parts were promptly ordered and received within a week or so and overnight shipped directly to our home for no additional charges. The cabinet manufacturer contacted me personally, to discuss some of the needed replacement items, and were very courteous and helpful. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. Went in to talk to the owner, was very helpful and informative. We provided measurements (that we took ourselves) and he drew up a layout on paper. He advised his employees would give us a rough draft layout within a week or a little more by email. Didn’t receive anything, then called about it and was advised the person who would do it was on vacation and it would take longer and to give a little more time. It’s been almost 4 weeks and no layout from them yet. Haven’t heard from them otherwise. We went with a different company that came and measured and had our design ready the same day due to our timeline. Really wanted to work with them based on reviews but probably would not stop in there again.

Lied about dates. Lied saying company cabinets came from were Amish made when they are not and turns out the company is gov wolfs brother. Tried using old school sales techniques and deceptions. Hangs up every time you try to call the store and is incredibly rude on the phone. I was a contractor for 15 years this was for my personal home. One of the worst interactions I've ever had in the business. Would never recommend the company the employees there were nice but the owner is unbelievably bad at his job. Edit: Update... My father Died shortly after my cabinet purchase so my kitchen was delayed. When I went to install my cabinets there was a small crack in one of the faces.
