I feel I must relay my experience. My husband and I just happened in to Home Again one day to wander and think about how we wanted to tackle our "new" home re-do. We met Jeremy who qualified our needs efficiently and sensitively; and as a result he showed us the perfect range of products for us to choose from. He designed our kitchen to accommodate it's quirks and made himself available to us at any time we needed his feedback or had a question during the process. He checked in with us at various stages of the project. I would recommend him with total confidence. In fact, I just asked him to return to our home for more advise.

I understand when salespeople are busy with other customers. However, after 20 minutes of wandering around, not one salesperson acknowledged me, other than saying “Excuse me” to make me move out of their way. I guess I won’t be spending $15,000-$20,000 here for my kitchen remodel. A simple “hello, I’ll be with you” would have gone a long way.

I’d give it no stars if I could in all seriousness. Went in to go pick out our countertops for our house being built. Between the lack of anyone helping us whatsoever, and their rude approach to us not having someone from our building company there with us, we will not be doing our business here for our home.
