I'm a contractor (fred construction) and have been doing biz with kitchen design over 5yrs never had any issues greattttt service n quality cabinets etc at an affordable price. Ask for Almira at the front desk she's s a peach n will hook u up she know her stuff!!! Looking forward to doing biz with y'all in the future

Placed my order with Kitchen Design Studio, Inc 132- 05 Merrick Boulevard, Springfield Gardens, NY 11434. Delivery, service and installation of cabinets was scheduled for 9am. At 9:30 they were a no show. I contacted the office and was told that the delivery was in traffic. My answer to her, how can they be in traffic , when I lived only 5 minutes from your store. She said they will be there between 10am -10:30am. At 11:00am I contacted the office for a second time and received the worst service available plus rude customer service. No one should make a pruchase from this company. They are unreliable. Poor rating

I gave one star so I can write something they don't even deserve one star. Quoted me a priceand I pay a deposit. Couple days later saying they have to charge 500 dollars Moore. I was gonna cancel, but then they said, I won't get the deposit back. By the day of delivery they called me and saying some items were missing make me waited two weeks. What a mess, never going back there!

Jason and his staff are professional, very accommodating to my needs, and on time with scheduling. I had full kitchen cabinet remodel and quartz countertop install. One of my cabinet order did not fit due to my oversight in measurement. Jason was readily to exchange the product for what I needed for the space. In addition, I wanted to add more to my island and Jason immediately said he would able to make it happen. The cabinet build is prestine and the cabinet quality itself is immaculate. I had a kitchen design model in mind when I got there but was not 100% sure. Jason gave me his honest opinion about the design which really gave me a better feel of decision. If I could have given Zero stars I would have. Yes I ordered cabinets a month in advance, no cabinets a month later. I personally went to the location due to the aggravation that was put in my contractors lap. The cabinets were out of stock and a completely different style. There was also a miscalculation allegedly, and wanted to charge additional money $2000 more than wanted was initially quoted. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BE CAREFUL!! 🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍
