They redid our countertops about 3 years ago and did a good job. When the seal on the undermount sink gave way, they wanted $240 upfront to reattach it. They also required that I sign a waiver releasing them from any liability should they damage the counter, cabinets, or other things in our kitchen. Seemed like a lot to ask, considering it was their work that needed fixing. I will not use them again.

We first ordered our counter elsewhere and they dropped the ball. Jake and the folks at Kitchen World picked it up and were great! Even got to pick out our counter in Milton and they installed it promptly and professionally.

Ordered custom kitchen cabinets, counters and bathroom vanities from Kitchen World. Long story short, there were multiple errors in the drawings which resulted in the cabinets not fitting on arrival. Adding about 4 weeks to the project. Our rep told us that they were not responsible for the errors in the design and that even though they took measurements, having to do so was a "waste of their time". Asked to speak to the owner and received no call back. I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully by a vendor before.
