Kitchenology Design

We used Kitchenology to remodel our 3 bathrooms in the past year. However after the first 2 bathrooms were done, my wife and I noticed several failures in the details of their work. From bad fixture installs, to not having hot water on either the shower or sink or both, to mickey mouse repairs on the walls or using markers to cover up the chips and scratches they created on install and a lot more including the new outlets not working. My wife insisted that we use someone else for our master bathroom but I told her that the important things like the tile, plumbing and glass were done right and that I would point out the details issue with our contact, Carl, and let him know to finish the job properly. We started the renovation project in Feb to remodel bathrooms and to install flooring. We are happy with the service and work Kitchenology Design provided. Their team members, Juan, Eddie, Penny, JJ, Louis, are all very responsive and professional. The bathroom tile installation was exceptionally good with JJ's work. Overall, the team provided good quality of work and service.
