Josh and his team did a great job! We had a leak in our bathroom and had to remove rotten subfloor. Kittrell came in and cleaned up the mold and mildew. They also removed debris from the crawlspace. They added a very heavy duty liner in the crawlspace and wrapped the piers as well. They also installed a dehumidifier. It has been six months since the work was completed and I have been very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to us Josh and his team again!

Josh and his team were incredibly kind, respectful, and did exactly what they said they’d do. They were able to remediate existing mold and install a vapor barrier + dehumidifier to keep it from happening again. Our crawlspace looks so much better and we feel a lot more confident.

When I spoke with Josh on the phone and explained the urgency of our situation he immediately offered to meet with me that same day. I met with him and his partner and they spent a lot of time determining the causes. They gave a fair estimate, started as soon as they could and worked hard to make sure everything was done thoroughly and professionally. Throughout the repairs he sent pictures to keep me updated. I appreciated being updated and have included a few before and after pictures. I highly recommend this team!

Josh and his crew were professional and did a great job a on a full encamp a couple weeks ago for many thousands less than some other quotes I got. So far, no issues. Would recommend.
