Tom, who runs the paint department at Kitz &Pfeil Ace Hardware in Fond du Lac is absolutely amazing! His vast knowledge of paints and other finishes is outstanding, and he will carefully explain anything with utmost patience. The people at this store are all friendly and helpful, but Tom is my favorite. I look forward to asking him about my next painting project soon.
Always great service and an excellent fastener department. I appreciate that the associates are always eager to answer questions and provide assistance.
Staff loudly argued with each other. Appeared they didn't care if the customer was given assistance or given a courteous response. The man (Jack) was crude and rude, I won't patronize this store again.
Great employees. Yet a lot of times there is nobody at the key section. Otherwise good store.
No restroom and no manner. Never came back after 30 yrs. Good riddance
