Kiwi Chimney

Kiwi Chimney was great -- they were super responsive to my initial inquiry, scheduling was easy and over email which was a huge plus, and Gabe and his technician were excellent. We had a chimney inspection and sweep. Gabe was sure to walk us through everything he was seeing and explain his recommendations. We're excited to try out our fireplace now that we're much more knowledgeable on it's operation!

We recently had a wood stove insert and liner installed, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly friendly and professional. Kiwi Chimney is our go-to chimney service. After trying several in the area that were lackluster, we were lucky enough to find this awesome company. They are professional, do EXCELLENT work, and their rates are reasonable. They've done sweeps for us, installed a liner and a beautiful chimney cap. They even fixed some loose stones on the chimney and it looks fantastic. On top of it, they are good people, top to bottom. We could not be happier with the service from Kiwi. They initially came out to inspect our fireplace chimney and discovered that it was no longer safe to burn fires. Gabe was very compassionate and clearly explained in detail what needed to be done and quickly put together options and estimates. I had Brad from Kiwi Chimney do an inspection of my oil furnace and wood burning stove chimneys shortly after I bought my house last year. He reviewed the chimneys for safety and made detailed recommendations including clear explanations and itemized estimates for high priority work and what could wait until later. Once a decision was made to go ahead with the project, their office manager Meg kept me up to date on scheduling status and in July, one of their technicians, Ben came to do the work (repointing, crown coat, flue cap, and waterproofing).
