Carpet quality and selection is great. The installation was a nightmare, holes in the walls, chipped paint. The installers do not show up when they say they will - hours to days later.
After we suffered smoke damage from a house fire, I stopped by to pick out new carpet. Jeff and Torie were amazing, patient and so kind! I am very indecisive and did not want to have to deal with choosing new flooring. They took their time and allowed me to take samples home multiple times. So glad we have a great option for local shopping! My carpet looks fantastic!
Great folks to work with all around. Needed new carpet for my Mom's bedroom and they were able to work with our budget & schedule.
Great prices and products. Very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
