Communication has been consistently poor. Despite multiple attempts, Scott never return a call, which made coordination extremely difficult.We were forced to cover winterization costs directly because Klamfoth did not pay their vendors, and the vendor reached out to us for payment. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Klamfith business practices.Overall, the customer service has been disappointing, and based on our HOA developmdnt experience, I cannot recommend this company to any other HOA/ Condo development.

They do a terrible job. Never know when they'll show up. Don't always trim and there's usually uncut patches of lawn. Today, 12/18/24, they mowed and removed leaves. I have grass clippings on my siding, torn up turf by zero turn mowers, grass on the porch. This happens all the time. I live in the Village of Shannon Green and my neighbors complain about the same issues. Our condo association hasn't done anything about this company. Don't use them if you can

I had 6.5 bags of butter mulch delivered by my colleague John Hamcheck. Balboni arranged the supply. The Klamforth team did an amazing job working with the 6.5 ft rakes! Will definitely keep them in mind for the next job.

Lawn service is terrible, the residents at the village of Shannon Green are so disappointed with the lawn service. Workers don’t ever trim they miss mowing parts of residents lawn.You can’t talk to workers because they don’t speak English. We pay fees for these services and expect better service. If this continues residents will request a meeting with Condo Association. Your company should hire competent staff that can actually mow and trim the development.

Very great lawn care service provider. They are proficient and dependable. Would highly recommend to anyone for your lawn care needs.
