Our home was built in 1996 with La Habra Stucco - X-53 Pure Ivory color. In 2010 we had the Elastomeric paint put on to cover the cracks in the stucco. The coating was more expensive than the Acrylic paint and it has held up well. After 8 years, more cracks appeared and we tried to repair them and re paint the areas but since the paint had faded and the paint color was hard to match up we could see the difference on the exterior walls. Since we also needed to replace our 30# felt under our concrete tile, we had Roofing Technologies in Yuma, AZ replace the product with Malarkey Right Start SBS underlayment, install bird stops, drip edges, and Eagle brand battens.
