The blanket looked great, fluffy and clean, however, I noticed they were keeping a cat inside. The food bowl was right by where my blanket was hanging and the worker admitted to feeding a stray inside. I was so disheartened, because I knew I would have to take the blanket elsewhere to get cleaned, again. I don't get taken seriously when I tell people I have a higher than the normal cat allergy. Sure enough I had hives all over my arms and legs upon picking my blanket up. I waited to post until after we could get it cleaned elsewhere and see if it occured again after cleaning, which it did not. We are good customers at our local businesses that pay our dues and not make many complaints to get something for free when we've been wronged. But I have to put this out there. It’s been a long while since I visited a dry cleaners. I took an off white suit with stains that were on the suit for a very long time. I am very impressed with their service! It turned out great! Looks brand new! Very nice team! I would definitely be back! Thank you so much.

At drop off on Tuesday morning, I requested a Friday afternoon pickup. Later in the day. I realized that I needed a part of my order much earlier. I called Tuedsay afternoon to make the request for a next day pickup, they graciously accommodated! What excellent customer service on such short notice. I highly recommend Kleen-A-Matic for excellent service!

I take my daughter's JROTC uniform here 3 to 4 times a month. The quality is excellent, and the staff is always super nice. They are very reasonably priced too!
