KLH Contracting LLC

My father recently hired this company to remodel his kitchen. The work turned out great, and he paid the contractor in full. However, we’ve now discovered a couple months later that the contractor never paid the supplier for the cabinets and countertops. As a result, the supplier has placed a lien on my father’s home. It feels like he’s being forced to pay twice for the same work. He’s tried contacting the remodeling company, but no one will return his calls. How can people get away with this?????

KLH Contracting finished our basement, including putting in a half-bath and closet. They did a beautiful job! We now have an attractive space to spend time in and we do so quite a bit. Ken Heatherly is very professional and knows his business. His office manager, Angelica, was very pleasant to work with and kept us in the loop faithfully. Ken's crew members, especially Greg and Jordan, who were in our home regularly were also professional, polite, hard workers who do their job well. Ken made a point to stop by on a regular basis and to get back to us in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns. We're very glad we hired KLH for the job.

Ken and KLH were extremely really helped us figure out what to do with our basement space, then they executed it beautifully. Ken is a perfectionist, and had his team redo some things that I would have let slide, but he wanted the work to look good. He was always cordial, he was responsive (we used his cell number), he sorted out any difficulties we had, and he came by even months after the project was done to touch some spots up where wood had shifted. Ken is great to work with.

I needed to replace a worn finish ceramic kitchen sink under-mounted to a granite countertop. Must have called a dozen places including granite shops and plumbers and NO ONE wanted to do this job. Called KLH Contracting and sent Ken some pictures. Ken came out and looked at the job walked us thru the 2 step process and said he could do it. Had an excellent experience, KLH provided quality workmanship at a reasonable price. Our only timing constraint was to get the job done before Christmas holidays and he was able to so that as well. Workmen were courteous, professional and neat. Cleaned up the work area. Replaced the faucet and the disposal too. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We could not be more pleased with KLH. They did a garage addition for workshop space and remodeled a basement room for an office. The garage addition is so nice that neighbors were joking that hubby would enjoy being banished to this impressive space. Quality work and customer satisfaction are Ken's top priorities and all his crew have the same priorities. They were all easy to work with with great senses of humor. They do superb work with great attention to detail and city inspectors were always impressed and complimentary of the stellar work. Ken and his team bent over backwards to work with us and our schedule and always showed up when they said they would to work quickly and efficiently.
