Austin, who came out to give me a quote & explore my options, was so knowledgeable & thorough. He was prompt & the company sent out a photo of him so I would know what he looked like before he arrived. They also did a really good job of staying in touch every step of the way. late Tuesday night my electric furnace started sounding a little weird and was not heating my house. I woke up in the morning. It was 64° inside the house. I asked the neighbor if he had a recommendation for an HVAC company that wouldn't rip you off he recommended Klieman Brothers. So I gave them a call in the morning on Wednesday and they scheduled an appointment for me Thursday afternoon. On schedule the service tech, named Joshua, came out and very quickly diagnosed the issue as a blown furnace blower. At first they told me they were gonna have to order the parts, but after contacting his office, they discovered that they had the part needed in stock. Two years ago, Expert Air Control installed a Mitsubishi heat pump system with an air handler in my home. When I inspected the ductwork under the house this week, I found multiple serious issues that no professional HVAC company should ever leave behind: disconnected flex ducts, torn insulation with exposed fiberglass, unsealed metal joints, and duct lines lying directly on bare soil.
