Klinghoffer Carpet One

We have purchased carpet and hardwood twice from Klinghoffer and the owner Joe has been wonderful to do business with. He came everyday to supervise and make sure everything was going as planned and was there to answer all of my questions. My new floors are beautiful. Kudos to Ron, Chris, Jack and the installers who all worked hard to get my floors installed in a timely manner and made sure I was completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend

This is in response to the review from Julie Lam. First of all, we have dealt with Klinghoffer Carpet One in the past & have NEVER had a problem with this company. We recently had a small issue with our carpet in our family room that was purchased almost a year ago & my husband spoke to the owner & the next day two gentlemen, Chris & Diego were at our home & took care of the problem BEAUTIFULLY!!!!!! I would & have recommended them to people who have been in our home complimenting our carpeting. I personally feel that you are not a legitimate customer because all the reviews I have seen are wonderful & they have AMAZING carpeting. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Visit Joe from Klinghoffer Carpet!!!!!! I've been doing business with Joe and every experience has been seamless and without issues. His pricing is super competitive and the showroom filled with many lines to choose from. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and his customer service skills spot on. Joe recently did my basement carpet and I couldn't be any happier with the product and installation. Go visit his showroom, you will not be disappointed.

Had hardwood flooring installed. The two installers were very good and polite, they both new their job a did a very proficient job.very happy with the work. Cannot say enough about Joe. He is very knowledgeable and answered all the guestions I had about my new floor, I would highly recommend Klinghoffer to everyone who is thinking of having new floors or carpets installed.

Klinghoffer is terrific. Joe walked us through a number of options for our bedroom, living room and study and installed the next week. We love the carpet and guests comment about it all the time. Joe even had his installers come back a year later to re-stretch the carpet and make it look brand new! Thank you Klinghoffer!
