They were super friendly, attentive to all my questions and concerns, and made sure to find the best deal possible for a new unit for me. The installation was seamless – it only took a few hours, and my new unit works gloriously. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

They were able to come out and address the issue with our HVAC system on the same day we called them. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately, and at a reasonable price. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional owners. Would highly recommend them.

Our Ac unit started acting up,where it would not shut off normally so it was running nonstop. I called Lindsey and Chris and the got out to my home promptly. They are very friendly and professional to work with! Chris figured out what was wrong quickly. He and Lindsey worked together and had it fixed in no time. KLM came out super quick after I called them and described our issue. We had previously called another company and they had quoted us over 3 times the amount of what KLM was able to fix our issue for. KLM is professional, quick, and very reasonable with pricing. They are honest and will fix what you need fixed without trying to add additional problems that do not exist. We were so thankful for KLM during a 90 degree week with no air! They will 100% be our go to for any future HVAC issues.
