KMK roofing is awesome. I had a leak this past winter. I had hopes that a few blown off shingles was the cause...but sadly for me it was not KMK roofing came to fix the leak and blown off shingles. When the problem was still there during one of the next storms- Kevin told me the best course of action was to replace the roof on the front of the house due to where the issue was, the age of the roof and what he had seen. I was hesitant at first, but I trusted him 100%. As we got further into the job - boy was he right. We eventually found mold in the attic and we had to remove the plywood. When the old roof was taken off, they found multiple problems with the construction where the air was not ventilating enough. They cut bigger ridge vents, they put in new soffits for better circula

After dealing with a couple estimates that felt like I was at a car dealership, I was able to find Kevin, someone with actual roofing experience to give me an honest assessment and estimate of what I needed to have done. I felt like Kevin cared about my home as he would his own. Listening to my concerns of other areas (chimney, fascia board, siding coming off, etc.) of improvement and offering to fix them while he was on the job or refer me to others. Can't recommend KMK enough. I had a minor leak in the middle of my 4 year old roof and I didn't want to get worse over the winter. Called up Kevin and he came right out. Was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it within a day at a very reasonable price. After 3 days straight of rain the patch is not leaking.

I called KMK Roofing looking for a quote to have my roof patched. The owner, Kevin Keane, called me back the same day and set up an appointment for the next morning. Kevin showed up on time, gave me a very fair price, and said he would squeeze the job in the same day before the heavy rain arrived. Later that day he sent over a crew. The crew was very professional, friendly, and completed the job within an hour. The heavy rain came in later that evening and into the next day. No leaks and the patch job looks great!
