I didn’t realized that I accidentally put small silver necklace in my washing machine. My washing machine made a not good noise when running. I found K.M.W. on google. They had excellent reviews so I called them. From setting up the appointment to arrival, repair and departure everything was a great experience. Wade was kind, funny, professional and knowledgeable. He found all the pieces of the necklace in the drain pump very quickly. They are reasonably on price as well.

Wade did a great job fixing our washer. The work was tedious, but he was professional, thorough, and charged a fair price. Highly recommend!

My first experience was fantastic. He came out same day and quickly repaired my dryer. A different person for same dryer issue came out. Said my dryer was unplugged (it wasn’t). Plugged it in and told me my dryer is fine I just need to clean my vent. Collected my money and left. I get there is a service fee but to seriously say my dryer is unplugged when it wasn’t and not offer to even open the machine feels crooked. Notes on invoice say “just ok.” After a vent cleaning and hose replacement done by us we are still having issues but because he was happy to take my money with no other effort on the next visit we have opted to call another company. Mind you this second person was not the original tech whom I believe is also the owner. He might reconsider who he sends in his place.
