Kyle is amazing! He came out and looked at our old water heater, showed us what was wrong and talked about replacement options. We decided on a replacement. Kyle was a literal life-saver for me with my situation as I am currently dealing with an eviction with my tenant. My tenant was pulling a classic tenant litigation strategy where they bring up an issue last minute to avoid evictions and caused the furnace to shut down on the unit due to temperature tampering. Mind you this Goodman furnace is relatively new. I've had two other contractors look at it one stating motherboard is dead and needing a replacement of the unit and the other stating a new control board would be needed which would cost $400 total in parts and labor. Kyle does an excellent job, installed a new furnace, hot water tank, and helped installed washer and dryer and various other stuff around my house. Also knows a lot of contractors around the area and is willing to help around the clock. I can text him with a need at night and Kyle responds within minutes. He has helped my parents with various projects at their house as well. He is very considerate of your needs and works well with you. He is one of the best contractors I have dealt with in this area.

We had our boiler serviced by another company who HIGHLY recommended we replace it. We contacted other companies for 2nd opinions and Kyle who owns KMW Contracting and while he said we could get another 4 years he also provided a quote on replacing it with a combi boiler. In addition we asked him about getting heat to our kitchen and he suggested radiant flooring. While Kyle is young, he is highly skilled, professional and very pleasant to work with. He completed the installation of the combi boiler and radiant flooring and we couldn’t be happier. He also came in $5000 less than other companies.
