Absolutely thrilled with the excellent service from Town. The salesman Nick gave fair pricing and gave us options to cut costs as needed. The installation crew of Greg and Brendan were very polite and professional. Very courteous of the property and provided updates as they worked. Highly recommend!!

After several attempts to work with this company, our experience has been mixed. The initial interaction over a year ago was positive—we received a quote and began budgeting for whole-house insulation. However, after that, communication completely stopped. Despite numerous calls, emails, and messages, we could not get anyone to follow up, leading us to leave a one-star review at the time. After the review, Town reached out promptly and made efforts to re-establish communication. We appreciated their attempts to address the situation and gave them a second chance. Unfortunately, while things started off well with a new salesperson and some back-and-forth calls, communication again broke down, and several weeks have now passed without any updates or follow-through. We have again reengaged

Recommend Town Building Systems highly! They recently completed an insulation job in part of my house. They were extremely polite , cleaned up everything and did an amazing job! Matt especially was great. Answered all my questions! I would definitely use them again for future work around my home!!

Can't say enough about the positive experience I had with Town Insulation! From initial estimate with Rick, to installation by Nick! 1st of all was so refreshing to hear people say nothing but the best things about their company. That in and of itself, made me happy. We had Insulation installed in attic, basement, and shared wall between garage and home, as well as having my bathroom fan vented out through roof. Nick was meticulous about sealing air leaks prior to the actual Insulation install. (Which another company felt unnecessary.) Thank you Nick!!! So glad I got more than one estimate! Price was reasonable, and I can't believe what a difference I already feel in my home! 42degrees outside, no heat on, and my house is at 69degrees...🥰 Just in time for energy costs going up! Highly r
