K&N Carpet

I replaced the carpet in a large family room recently. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of the process through K&N Carpet. From the first stop to the final payment, both David and Mike were efficient, low-pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices were good and I'm very pleased with my finished floor. I will be doing any future flooring with K&N.

We couldn't ask for a better company to take care of our flooring needs. New tile in kitchen, hall, half bath and laundry room. PERFECT!!! New carpeting in hallway from kitchen to dining room and dining room....ALSO PERFECT. They are coming back to lay new tile in guest bath and master math. We are so impressed with all the people we have interacted with during this flooring journey.

I am very pleased with my new flooring, very pleased with the professional assistance and patience offered by Mike & very pleased with the gentleman who did the installation. I will definitely return to their store with any future flooring needs.

We went with K&N because they are a locally-owned business. Having your home redone in any manner is difficult. Whenever they finished for the day everything was cleaned up. We had a few issues but they were handled professionally and taken care of. Great customer service, thank you Todd for taking care of things we needed done!

There's nothing negative I can say about our experience with K&N Carpet. Our purchase was done over the phone (since we live in Florida). Our salesman Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly Honest. He knew exactly what we wanted based on his expertise and our conversations. Mike did the measurements, picked out our carpet (based on wall color and what was previously in the condo) and arranged installation. Our installer was prompt, courteous and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. 🤗
