Thank you so much to Mike and Robert for coming out so quickly and fixing my leak. They were super nice, explained it all to me, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. I know Aubrey was far but I didn't hear one negative remark from either one of them! Not even about my barking dogs!

Knee Deep Plumbing was easy to work with. Nate and Noah were very informative during the estimate / exploratory phase helping me understand the how to's and why's of the recommendations on the 2 x water heater replacements. The install went smoothly on my older 1970s ranch style house. I will definitely use this company again for future plumbing issues.

Knee Deep Plumbing did an amazing job!! Not only did they get out here within 2 hours of us calling with an emergency situation (with all the roads iced over!!), but Michael, his associate, and Sue were all SO friendly and ready to help. They figured out the problem and had it fixed very quickly, despite having to make a run back for special equipment. I can't say enough good things. We're so thankful they were able to help today and so quickly!!!

They called to let us know of an emergency job that came up and asked to reschedule the appointment. They let us know when they were on their way and when they arrived. Good communications. Nate and Noah did an outstanding job replacing our water pressure regulator. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators. They took the time to diagnose the issue thoroughly, walked me through the estimate and repair options, and made sure I understood everything before starting the work. The replacement was completed efficiently, and the results are fantastic. We now have the best water pressure we've ever had in this house!
