Knepper has the best quality employees with the highest integrity. Their technicians are pretty much engineers with years of experience and fixed my Heating System unit within minutes. They even had the parts on the truck. They have been keeping my family and I comfortable for close to 15 years. I am 63 years old and I have grown to not trust many people. Chris Knepper's family (Includes employees because he treats them all like family) are the very best. Nobody from this company will ever take advantage of you. They all somehow understand that honesty and integrity will keep customers loyal and coming back for years. I am one of those customers. God Bless them.

On December 1, 2025, I needed my heating furnace diagnosed and since I’d heard Knepper was the “best of the best”, I decided to put them to the test! First step: call, beg, and plead for a quick appointment! Well, the friendly, cheerful, and helpful lady who answered my call gave me a quick appointment so we’re 5.0 at the starting gate! Next step: Exactly on time even though the day was young, the frost was still heavy, and the wind cold, their expert technician Shawn 5.0 arrives, has a heart to heart with my furnace, checks my filters and thermostats, and hands me a much lower than expected invoice! Have loved in our house over 15 years now. We have used Knepper Heating and Air for our HVAC needs. They replaced our old system shortly after we moved in and came back a couple months ago to replace that system. I have never had any issues with any of the technicians or products and service we've had with them. Chris was very informative about our needs and the options for replacing the system and on the day of install the techs who came out did a wonderful job. It's been a couple months in and I called with a question and they jumped right on the issue in getting someone over here to take care of it. And it's great to support a local business.

Trane system put in the house 2016 by Knepper I bought the house from the original owner several years ago. The A/C went out on a 90 + degree day. I called them didn't want to use anyone else or shop around for fear of voiding the warranty. The tech gets here we have the cover off tell him we think it's the compaciter he replaces it problem solved within 10 minutes. The billing person tells me the 10 year warranty is void because the house was sold!! How does this affect the fact that an expensive brand new system was put in by them and the 10 years isn't up. So for 10 minutes and a part that probably cost them 50 bucks or less they charge almost 500.00 dollars we are seniors on a limited budget what poor customer service!!!!

Great service. Called Knepper in the early evening after I discovered a problem with my air conditioner. They got somebody out the very next day. The technician Adam explained everything thoroughly and took care of the problem. Communication with the office was great. They worked around my schedule and kept me updated on his arrival time. Will definitely use again.
