They did a wonderful job connecting my new kitchen sink, faucet, and drain when I bought a new undermount style. Fast, friendly, and very professional. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

They came out the first time, made the wrong repair and the leak has continued to the point of damage to our basement and foundation. Called the company, they said they fired that guy. Okay…. That doesn’t provide me any recompense for the money I paid and all the damage it caused us. So they promised to send someone else out that was better. That man came out and said he couldn’t do it without a helper and that the office would call me back. They didn’t. I’ve called and left messages and they’re ignoring me at this point. Filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have asked for their help 3 times this year - all good . Partial blockage , install new check valve on pump, & remove old vanity /sink & installed new one, & discussion / planning of install new shower (& re-plumb) in basement. Thanks all !

I have nothing bad to say about Sweetman’s, they are fast, polite, considerate and honest. Things are always done quickly and when the problem is not initially addressed they come back out and reassess in a timely manner. The plumbers not only fix the problem but educate you on what is happening. You won’t go wrong with them, 10 out of ten would definitely recommend!

I can't recommend this plumbing company enough! We had a serious issue with our waste pipe being crushed by two support beams due to a poorly done add-on by the previous homeowner. The plumbers were incredibly professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process, showing me each issue they encountered along the way. They even went above and beyond by canceling their future appointments for the day to make sure our problem was fully resolved. While the repair cost more than we initially expected, they were thorough and fixed everything 100%. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares about their customers and getting the job done right, definitely give these guys a call!
