Opening was done quickly and thoroughly. Technicians took the time to provide some additional instruction to address algae in pool this year (first time we’ve had this issue in the 5 years we’ve owned our pool). We can always count on Knickerbocker to provide excellent and helpful service whether at our home or in the store!

Knickerbocker is the best! I have the Jacuzzi j-355 with the big lounger seat and absolutely love it. Initially a couple of jets weren’t working properly but Dave and his team were very considerate and persistent in resolving the problem. Knickerbocker stands behind what they sell. Fabulous products and fabulous customer service, can’t recommend them highly enough!
