Driver was excellent, however I was charged after the fact with no knowledge that I was going to be charged extra. I was quoted a price, I have a receipt for that price, that is the price I expected to pay. Come to find out the next day there is an additional charge one that I did not authorize, and one that I was not made aware of from 3 different people who had the opportunity to tell me. If you do business with them be sure to use your credit card and get a receipt!

Had a driveway poured 4/13/22 with the pebbles in the mix. On the last load the driver didn’t have the drum rotating on the trip for delivery. The driver added way too much water to get the concrete out of the drum and ruined the finish on my driveway. The rep, Manuel, won’t return calls. Horrible customer service. I’m filing for a judgement in small claims court since they won’t do the right thing.

Everyone was awesome lady I talked to was the friendliest person ever called back if I needed anything else and truck drivers A+ could ask for more . Will do business again and will refer people thanks knife river for the excellent service!!

A little more expensive but well worth it. Always on time and a superior product. Good customer service with reservation and follow up. I’ll always call them first.
